Hey @Mapleme‌ , two things.

1. Why are the truffle boxes so hard to open?! (is it just me?)

2. The spicy ganache is so good, but what do I do with it, besides eat it straight from the tub?

Thanks! I knew there had to be a (not so tricky) trick! I might make some brownies and frost them with it. Or maybe make hot cocoa. Ooh, or put it in my coffee! Ice cream sounds good, too, but it would have to be dairy free stuff.

... all the truffles are dairy free, yes? I've been operating/eating under that assumption.

It works really well for us, now that the babies are sleeping better, at least for the first stretch after going down. And it is so nice not to pay a babysitter!

Does she bring her baby with her or just come over by herself? That's definitely a great arrangement either way.
