My Breast is not a stress relief ball...

LO is 5 1/2 months and is EBF with the exception of one formula bottle a day. When I sit down to nurse her in the last few weeks, she's started grabbing handfuls of boob and kneeding it, pulling hard away from my body, etc. Sometimes she gets real close to my nipple and pulls down, alms it like she's trying to reposition it. She will also grab at her shirt or my bra strap if she misses my breat or gives up if I love her hand away.

Anyone experiencing this? Is this normal? Do they grow out of it cause damn, my breasts are starting to get beat up. Oh, and my upper arms! Sometimes she even leaves me little love bruises.

    Thank you! It was just like one day, all of a sudden, crazy little hands just went nuts! I'll try giving her the lovey she uses for sleep or maybe the small A&A lovey blanket squares I bought.

    Oh, I'm experiencing that now. Super painful! Great suggestions by PP. I also found that nursing in a dimly lit room also helps.

    My LO always loves to play with my hair. If you have longer hair, that may be an option as long as she doesn't pull it. PP suggestion is great though.
