150 Clomid and trigger shot ... Any success stories ?

Hi guys,
My husband and I have been TTC for 2 years . We decided to go to the GYNO for help they put me on 50 mg Clomid didn't do any monitoring and seemed to pay no attention at all to me. We decided to go to an RE. He started me with 100mg that very day . I had some growing follicles but nothing too great so they bumped me up to 150 ( yes we were being monitored thank God) this past Wednesday they saw I had on my left a 18mm and my right a 25 and 30mm I thought that the 30mm was too big but my RE when he checked said all looked fine so they decided to give me the trigger shot that morning. I have been having a lot of O pains (I've never felt them before so they hurt pretty bad right now) and I'm now on the tww. Please share your stories good or bad .

Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF. I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).
We are using open ID donor sperm. IUIs #1-7=BFN. IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).
