Hives, Benadryl, pump + dump question

hi Ladies, I had a bad allergic reaction this morning and I'm covered in itchy red welts so I had to take a Benadryl. Benadryl is a breastfeeding no-no that can be bad for baby and for supply. I plan to pump and dump for a few hours today to get it out of my system, how long do you think is long enough? I'm thinking 6 hours but wonder if I should dump even longer.
