  DD doesn't like being swaddled and also fights to break free but we do it anyway because it helps her sleep. Its absolutely the only way she will sleep in her crib right now.

  Hates it!! Her arms are out in .2 seconds. I wish she'd tolerate it though I'm sure it would help with transferring to the crib.

  He loves it but only gets swaddled at night. We are currently weaning him away from it because he is starting to roll over.

  I agree, I wish my DD would tolerate it.  We do use sleep sacks (or bags) that she likes.

  I agree with @kfitzguerra‌ , need more options. DD screams when I put her in a swaddle but I offer a bottle as soon as I swaddle which calms her down. Then she usually needs her paci to fall asleep after the bottle. Otherwise she fights the swaddle and hates it.

  C used to be swaddled but decided at 10 weeks that she was done. She started fighting it and wouldn't go to sleep. Now, we use a Merlin suit.

  DS loves to be swaddled, but always manages to Houdini his hands out. Now we swaddle with one arm out. A good swaddle will calm him down immediately and helps him to sleep longer.

  DD loved it but she's starting to fight it.  I tried leaving arms out tonight with torso swaddled.  She woke herself up twice in the first thirty minutes, requiring rocking back to sleep (not her norm).  She loves her hands during the day so I wondered if she might soothe herself with them.  When I went in I stood and watched her for a few minutes because she wasn't totally awake but she was complaining.  She just doesn't have the control yet to latch into a fist or finger and keep it there so she was getting super frustrated.  So back in her arms went.  She's been asleep since.  So, doesn't love it but tolerates it.

  I don't know how to respond. DD hates it but we still do it because she needs it.

  I needed the option LO hates it, but we do it every night. I tried without and she startled way too much. The little stinker is like Houdini though, always wiggling out of the best swaddles!
