IVF Question- mid cycle

A little back story about this year since I am mobile bumping...

2 FETs, one chemical, 6 IUIs using donor sperm and one canceled IVF because my body produced one follicle on its own like it was supposed to (still pissed at the doctors about this since I didnt have my period for 3 months after the last IUI but they didn't think to do anything about that)

I am currently on the 5th day of stemming and again I have one lead and several other way smaller ones on each side. My level came back at 354. They told me to keep going for another 3 days and come back for another check. I know you all are not doctors but is this looking like another bust? I am emotionally drained and have been crying all day so I do not want to get my hopes up anymore if this is not going to happen either.

Your e2 is pretty close to where mine was after 4 days of stims. Did they give you any measurements? If not then its still possible the others will catch up. Hang in there!!

I had very few follies growing at that stage too. More popped up after that next set of several days. Try to keep the faith, I know it's hard. Hugs to you!

There were 2 they measured one at 9.6 the other right below 9. I think she saw me breaking down and started counting the ones that could grow. It is so weird to me since on Femera for a couple the IUI I had 4 follicles the day I triggered.

Did you have a suppression step with your cycle (eb bcps or lupron)? Most ivfs do, so you can't compare them to iuis. I had 4 follies my first iui too. They super suppressed me for my ivf cycle and I had very few follies at the beginning. I had to stim for 12-13 days (way longer than expected) but wound up with almost 30 eggs, so anything can still happen at this point.

Like Gregermis, my ovaries were rock stars during IUIs and required very little Follistim to do too much. But, my first IVF cycle was canceled due to a dominant follicle and I was a slow stimmer (13 and 12 days) with my two IVFs (I used Lupron for those instead of antagonist on the first). Truthfully, your e2 is tons better than mine at that point, so I wouldn't worry about that number at all. And, my RE never measured anything under 10mm, so I never would have known if I had any larger follicles at that point. By trigger, my follicle sizes ranged from 14-22mm and I got 17 eggs with my successful cycle, so I definitely don't think a little growth disparity is a serious worry at this point. I don't think I'd really be nervous unless your e2 stuttered (without Ganirelix) or unless you saw a big gap in sizes at your next appointment. GL!

Thank you everyone this is making me feel a lot better. The first IVF we did my body was a rockstar so being canceled last month and this not going like they thought is/was freaking me out. They had me on a patch before the shots started to keep a lead follicle from happen and we are doing the microdose lupron flare protocol. I will see how things go on Monday.
