super emotional and anxiety!!

Hi everyone. I'm wondering if it's just me or everyone, but I feel like this should be such a happy time but I'm so extremely emotional and moody. I have also been having horrible anxiety. Normally I am the most happy go lucky person ever. My boyfriend says he can't believe how much I've changed. Help me!! I don't like this!!!

    Maybe try some relaxation techniques? You could write all your thoughts down in a journal, get some time to yourself and just meditate with some candles or do prenatal yoga, watch a funny movie, etc. The journal thing helps me though, because there's usually a reason you're getting anxiety. And if you write it down sometimes it feels better to get it out of your head. If it's to the extreme, maybe try talking to a therapist.

  • Pregnancy is not easy. It messes with all of your systems. This is my second pregnancy and I've been much more emotional this time around. The good news is that it's temporary. You need to be patient with yourself and your BF needs to be understanding. If you're having a rough time, tell him you need help. If you think it could be pre-natal depression talk to your doctor. But just remember, being pregnant doesn't mean you have to love every part of pregnancy or life. It just means you're pregnant.
