How is everyone doing with their challenges?

Is anyone sore from yesterday or am I the only one?!

I'm waiting for the baby to take a nap so I can do mine in peace.

  • Joining in today. 20 min run this morning! My goal is 3 runs per week and three mind/body sessions per week (yoga/tai chi/etc).

  • I learned two things doing LBD today. Don't try to do burpees on a tile floor with socks on and big breastfeeding boobs hurt like heck during jumping jacks. I had to put a second bra on. Day 2 complete.

  • Woo-hoo! I finally got Day 2 done. I look like a hot mess trying to do burpees, but I did the best I could.

  • I downloaded a free 30 day challenge App and day 1 was just 3 push-ups. So done. Easy. We had to crazy a day to get my bike in and set up but we did go for a mile and a half walk pushing a stroller. Meh. Starting slow here.
    What? I need that one.
  • Didn't do p90x today. But me and M did dance around the house like crazy people for about 20 minutes. It got me moving at least :)

    You're my hero by even considering p90x while KU!!


    Day 2 of LBD accomplished, along with my week four Ripped in 30.  I had to do approx. 20 burpees for that, but I was a good girl and did 10 more for LBD.

      @linewifekat  I learned the same sock lesson last month but doing mountain climbers.

    I also realized while doing jumping jacks that I reeeeally need a 30 day kegel challenge. Yikes.
