  I really like the one on the left, I am not such a fan of the one on the right but it's just my preference regarding the print. If I saw someone else at work wearing it I wouldn't blink. it probably is sliming.

  Honestly, neither.  That fabric is not forgiving or flattering.  You need a more structured fabric or it will look like a potato sack with a ribbon around it (at any size).

  I really like dresses that are that stretchy material in a wrap style- they don't wrinkle, are super comfy and flattering- I have worn my normal sized dresses all through the pregnancy, so if you can find some of these, I think you'd be really happy.

  Yes. Go with the material that doesn't wrinkle. Not having to iron saves so much time.
  
  I live in the shift dresses like I linked. Macy's has a ton of them. They wash, dry and last forever.
  
  Ralph Lauren also has dresses similar to the B Slim dress (also at Macys).
  
  I swear I don't get a kickback. They are one of the few places with a huge Petite section that doesn't look old lady.
