I'm usually the "suffer in silence" type. One of the things I'm trying to do for myself in the new year is to reach out for help when I need it. And, I really need it today.
Today started off very normal and I didn't even realize what the date was. For those that are mobile, today was my EDD for my twin boys. I ventured over to our sister site to check on my lovelies over there and saw a post that reminded me what today was. I'm now on my third ugly cry at my desk and glad that not many people are here today. I just can't seem to pull myself out of this. I just watched the video on Empathy and thought that maybe connecting with all of you wonderful ladies is what I need today.
So please, can I have some hugs?

I am so sorry that today caught you off guard. Big ((Hugs)).
I also want to tell you that I think your new years resolution is fantastic. We too often allow ourselves to suffer in silence. Reach out any time you need it.
@Kateisoptimistic - I had plans to go out for lunch anyway, so it will be a welcome break from my desk. Maybe finishing a good cry will help too.
@HoldingOutHope - There's a bottle of wine in my fridge that is definitely calling my name. ((((HUGS))) to you as well love!
