-1?! Yeah, screw that!! I can tolerate low 40's and anything colder is just ridiculous. However Virginia doesn't understand what it means to have 4 seasons.
I have 3 pair of Everlast workout (haha) pants that were my favorite gym/running pants. They are now my favorite pregnant pants. They are low rise in the waist and flare at bottom so I can even get away with wearing to the office.
For work, the jeggings/leggings/skinny stretchy pants + long flowy top is working pretty well so far. I haven't ventured into full-on maternity clothes yet, but pants have been fully unbuttoned/unzipped w/ Bella Band covering it for the past 2 weeks. So far so good.
I'm 5"7, weighing roughly 115-ish before pregnancy and now that I'm into my 17th week, staying clothed has been the bane of my existence. So here are the couple of go-to's I have although I'm sure I will have to venture into actual maternity clothes soon... - Leggings (they are a life saver and I am way beyond caring if people think they aren't pants) - Black skinny pants I bought a size up because they didn't have my size and never returned because they worked for my last job - Denim blouse my mom gave me because even though it isn't, it totally looks like a cute maternity top - DH's loose fitting flannel over long tank tops And at home I pretty much stick to my fuzzy jammies and DH's big shirts and sweaters.
I am basically living in black yoga pants. I have several pairs that I wear with long shirts or sweaters for work. I'm in the in-between stage where my regular pants don't fit anymore and I'm not bumping enough for maternity clothes.
Leggings and dresses/tunics. Daily. Home and work. Bed. Everywhere.
But I bought my first pair of maternity pants... Skinny "jeans" (more like legging material but really look like jeans). They are SOOO comfy, but my belly doesn't quite fill them out. In a month I'll probably be living in them.
@threearrows I hear you on the cold! It's -3 here with a wind chill of -24.
When I'm at home I live in my sweats. They're so warm and comfy. For work I wear long shirts and black cotton pants. I got them extra big so I won't have to wear maternity pants for a while, I hope. Out and about I wear whatever fits. My jeans are too small but maternity jeans are still too big.

Oh we have all four seasons, just all in one week. Hahaha
Leggings for sure! I just bought some fleeced lined ones I'm excited about! Also love open front cardigans and long tanks and tees. Last time my boobs made me the most uncomfortable as my belly grew and rubbed against them. So I got a lot of comfy bras from Target (typically the nursing kind). I also loved their nursing tanks, but I used those more once I had the baby.
Yoga pants with the foldover waistband unfolded (ie pulled up over blump). It's not that attractive, but I work from home, so whatever. I also am on board with leggings/tall boots for when I must be in public. Just got some maternity leggings, comfy city!
-1 with -10 windchill here too! Aaahh! Too cold! Im doing yoga pants with hoodies or long sweaters/tunics with leggings, and my favorite is my SOs sweat pants and tshirts.
Skirts and leggings (with my butt covered) at work. I've given up pants for now. I regret it every single time I wear them by the time things finish bloating up for the afternoon. At home I'm in PJ pants. Going out and about, say to the grocery store, usually leggings. I got several fleece lined pairs and they are so nice! I might go check out the new goodwill that opened in the fancy part of town, and Clothes Mentor and see what kind of maternity pants I can find in my size. I'd like a pair of jeans, if nothing else to wear at work on Fridays and during the weekend.
V neck shirts (or I gag), and sweats. If I have to leave the house....probably still sweats. I have maternity jeans, and some cute shirts, but why bother when sweats??
Hm, it's currently -20F here with the windchill. Been going down to -40 overnight the last couple. We were getting too lucky with a nice stretch at Christmas, which is a good time for pleasant weather I suppose!
H bought me warm maternity leggings for Christmas so I love them! Otherwise I rock mat jeans and long sleeved shirts lately. In warm weather though maxi dresses is the way to go! So free!
Pregnant or not I live in Maurices tank tops, I use them as undershirts. I carried to 41w last time, wearing small tanks (my belly was HUGE) and they always stretched enough and snapped right back to their original size. They're around $15 each and they're definitely my must have. Other than that, I don't have a specific staple.

Rocking yoga pants any time I'm not working. Otherwise, I'm wearing flow-y tops and reg pants w the Bella Band. Need more maternity clothes ASAP, but I feel like it's so hard to find cute bottoms!
This is my first post! I'm new to the Bump and am loving it!!
For work I'm still wearing my normal clothes. I go w/flowy blouses rather than fitted w/black skinnies - but boy are my pants starting to get uncomfortable! At home I typically wear sweats/yoga pants. Last weekend I found these great joggers at Target, they are the most comfortable pants I've ever worn, are super cute and were only $20! I'm also a huge fan on their Merona camisoles, they are super soft and last forever. I'm not sure if they are still on sale, but they were 50% off ($5 each)!
I'm currently on the hunt for a nice pair of black skinny maternity pants/jeans... I'm willing to splurge on these since I will wear them everyday at work. Any suggestions?
I'm just getting through the "pregnant or just had too many pies" stage, and I've been mainly using the skater style maternity dresses from Asos which flare out from the waist and end just above the knee. I team them with maternity tights and a cardigan for work, and it disguises the bump pretty well. I still just about fit my regular jeans, but I've switched to maternity jeans for comfort - elasticated waist bands ftw!
My maternity jeans from Motherhood are almost as comfortable as my sweats! I'm LOVING them, even though the band scrunches down a little cuz I don't quite fill them out yet. I just wear long, loose tanks/sweatshirts/sweaters on top and am good if I have to go out. I pretty much still live in sweats for home and nannying because I only have the one pair of jeans and they were expensive, so I don't want to wear them out too fast lol
Re: Go to clothing during pregnancy?
I have a pretty good maternity wardrobe from my pregnancy with DD so:
Home - maternity yoga pants and a tshirt/ sweatshirt
Out - maternity jeans and a sweater
Work - black maternity pants and a sweater
Scarf with everything. Always!
So here are the couple of go-to's I have although I'm sure I will have to venture into actual maternity clothes soon...
- Leggings (they are a life saver and I am way beyond caring if people think they aren't pants)
- Black skinny pants I bought a size up because they didn't have my size and never returned because they worked for my last job
- Denim blouse my mom gave me because even though it isn't, it totally looks like a cute maternity top
- DH's loose fitting flannel over long tank tops
And at home I pretty much stick to my fuzzy jammies and DH's big shirts and sweaters.

My go to for now would be loose dresses. And wrap dresses.
