  Completely normal for any pregnant lady. We all want to hear that first heartbeat.

  Im 6 wks with my second and I am super nervous for some reason. My apt isnt until 19th of jan so it feels so far away!! Ill relax when I hit that 3 mo mark.

  It's normal to feel this way. I've had a few ultrasounds already and I've been SO nervous before each one. You can't help but worry about the worst case scenario... just try to be positive. Good luck!

  Thank god I'm not the only one feeling this way. It's super hard to not worry (I think the hormones make the emotional roller coaster that much worse, too).
  This is our first baby (we found out on 29/12) and we have had a lot of friends have trouble with their pregnancies, many of whom have unfortunately miscarried. It's hard to stay positive but I had a chat to my husband tonight and we agreed to keep positive and try to just get on with life as normally as possible (not questioning every little thing I can or can't eat for example).
