She's obviously about to give birth seeing as her baby is just an inch away from her vaginal opening! She had better grab the Pam, and quick! Oh and make sure her hospital bag is ready to go, stocked full of margarita mix, tequila, and a blender!

Me either, because my mind goes straight to a prolapsed vagina and I'm pretty sure he would have said more if it were that. That's pretty serious.
