How are you feeling (Rants / Raves / Symptoms):
No rants that I can think of, raves is that DH is taking me out for date night tonight and I didn't have to mention something about it!
Symptoms wise I am just sleepy, maybe a nap is in order before date night.
Appointments / updates?
I just had my post op appt from my cerclage, doctor said everything looked great and okay'ed sex. DH was excited about that lol
Next appt is a week from today, it's for out ultrasound to find out the sex!
GTKY - What are you looking forward to most in 2015? Besides your LO!
I am looking forward to DD and I both being out of school for the summer, I can spend tons of one on one time with her before the LO comes. She told me that she didn't want a sibling because she thought I wouldn't love her anymore. I am doing my best to reassure her that she will always be mommy's first baby and I will love her just the same.
Rant: I feel like shit still, I'm ready for thi to be over.
Rave: THE YEAR IS ALMOST OVER, THANK JEEBUS!
Symptoms: Nausea, headaches, mood swings, insomnia, gas, cramping
So much stuff! Getting married, getting a car, buying a house, going back to college. 2015 is the year of regrowth for me and I can't wait!

The sinus infection from hell overshadowed all of my symptoms. Finally starting to feel better though! Still crazy insomnia

So many things! Starting with the kiddo heading back to school next week.
Couple mini getaways. Summer hiking with 2(!) kids. Several home improvement projects. Kindergarten- yikes! Gonna be an exciting year
Rants/raves, symptoms: Feeling normal, fortunately. Though, I'm still exhausted. Rant though, my husband is baby when he's sick and if he gives me his miserable sickness, ill be so pissed.
Appointments/updates: my next appointment is at 15 weeks and a few days. Ill get my anatomy scan script to have done around 18 weeks. At my 11wk 4day appointment, I heard the baby and the dr did a quick in office us so I could take a picture to share with family.
What I'm most looking forward to? Getting energy back to start working out. Seeing my DD be a big sister. Having a family of four. Life is just getting better and better.
How am I feeling: Very tired/low energy. A bit less nauseous which is a relief, but now I'm starting with the headaches. My brother got married Monday, so I'm still recovering from the busy days of prep and greeting family. Bright side: after 2 miscarriages, feeling pregnant is a comfort. I'm also finally letting myself get a bit more excited about being pregnant (vs scared to death about another loss).
Appointment/updates: heard the heartbeat 2 weeks ago (10w1d). Just received my Panorama test results...normal and we're expecting a boy! I thought we were having a boy, but the confirmation is almost unreal!
Looking forward to: Short term- looking forward to my Jan 5 appointment, praying for continued good news at 12w5d. Overall, obviously our LO, but also continuing to pursue some goals my DH & I have (keep saving for a house, working towards being able to move back to the Midwest), and sharing in the joy of a few recently engaged friends (more weddings!). Also, after a rough year in 2014 (dealing with 2 miscarriages in our first year of marriage) I'm looking forward to a more joyful year.
Rants/Symptoms - The nausea's gone, but I've had a near-constant stomach ache. And the headaches have started. OMG the headaches!
Symptoms: nausea, fatigue, constipation, the usual suspects. I hope the nausea will be done soon!
Appt: next appointment is January 21st. My second appt, I will be 13 weeks. I hope I get to see my lo. I have a retroverted uterus so hopefully it will be flipped by then.
I am looking forward to selling Our house and moving closer to family

Appointments / updates? Nothing until Jan. 14th for our first Tri screening and then another appointment on the 17th with my OB for blood work and I think they'll use the Doppler.

Feeling pretty ok actually. Most of my symptoms have decreased substantially in the past few days. Just tired and getting headaches some.
rave- I'm so glad I got time off for the holidays, even if I mainly spent them resting. I had 5 days off for Christmas and now have New Years off too. Trying to stay positive bc work is about to get insanely busy.

I hate waiting! Next OB apt is the 19th and were doing first trimester screening on the 20th (even though I'll already be near 13 weeks...)
We posted the FB announcement last night and I think I'm telling my boss in 2 weeks (hopefully it doesn't leak by then bc a few ppl know already).

Decorating the nursery!!!! I think I've found a theme- Hot Air Balloons. Paint the walls blue with clouds and make/buy hot air balloon lanterns and mobiles. Have bright striped curtains and have the baby's name written over the crib like an airplane wrote it in the sky. So many ideas on Pinterest! I wanted something gender neutral since we plan on having more kids and that'll be their room too someday.
More improvements on our home we just bought. New carpet, new ceiling fans, new toilets, new front door. I need to plant a garden too.
Maybe a vacation/baby moon.

Looking forward to moving to our new place and living closer to my sister
Feeling alright, morning sickness off & on. Been pretty bad the last few days. Also acid reflux & heartburn.
Appointment next Thursday for a check up.
In 2015 I'm most excited to see my DH hold our LO for the first time! The baby is all that's on my mind anymore.
How am I feeling? Physically I'm feeling much better than even a week ago but now I'm having insomnia, lovely. Also, I've started experiencing round ligament pains for the first time. (Ouch! )
Emotionally I'm all over the place. In the midst of a mood swing yesterday I deleted my best friend from my Facebook over something I normally would just roll my eyes at. (thank you hormones! )
Appointment/updates? This week I passed my previous pregnancy loss date so this is a celebration week for me! No appointments until late next week.
GTKY: this summer my hours were cut at work due to grant funding and I lost my benefits. while we thought this was going to impact us drastically my change in take home pay isn't enough to even cover full time child care so we decided I will likely stay part time and try to pick up a online teaching position to possibly bring in some extra income. Proves that everything happens for a reason and now I don't have to stress about finding another grant.
