I met a little girl, Adele, before and felt it was very graceful and classy. I'm not into mainstream celebrities/music/movies so I missed the singer assoiciation. I can't stand the nn Addie, but I feel like with Adele you can avoid that.
It's nice, not my style, but nice. However, if you don't like any of the common nn for it, I might reconsider, as you don't always get a choice and some people will use the common nn even if you don't like it.
