To walking. DD started walking behind her push toys. This is so great.

Question: how long was it from the time they started pushing their toys to independent walking?

Congratulations!!! I got the vtech Learning Farm walker in March. I don't think she started walking behind it until late April or early May and didn't walk independently until the end of July.

We just started walking last week. She never went through the pushing toys phase. She just walked everywhere on her knees, if that makes sense.

That's great! It took P a few months to go from pushing and walking to walking. It sounds like she's heading in the right direction though

Maybe a week or two? Once they could go from the "frog" squat to standing in one fluid motion, then they were off.

Thanks for the responses. So I guess anytime it can happen. I figure it will be a couple more months. But can't you tell I am getting impatient and excited!?!!!

Yay Morgan!!!

I think it was about a month or so for LO. And then one day she woke up and decided to just start walking all on her own. It was really bizarre because it's like she was doing it all along. These babies just love working on their own timing!

@jamis1284 I just have to say I love your GIF. Since I have been on this low carb diet I want to eat all the carbs...but I can't. So that is how I feel.
