C Section after Gastric Bypass Surgery?

I am almost 9 years out from my gastric bypass surgery and besides some minor hiccups I haven't had any serious post surgery complications while pregnant. I recently read that having had GBS increases my chances of needing a c section? Anyone been in this situation before? Thanks
