Migraines at 37 weeks

i haven't had a headache since my first trimester when I got them almost daily...... Sometimes prior to my headaches I see a light aura for 5 to 20 minutes..... This has happened to me prior to pregnancy and twice during my first trimester. Yesterday and today I have had this happen. I see the light aura and then get a headache. Has anyone else suffered with this later in third trimester? If so did your dr do anything? I've never discussed with my OB since it has not been a huge problem. But with this happening two days in a row I plan to discuss at tomorows appt. please advise if anyone else has experienced this.

    I haven't, but if I had migraines 2 days in a row I'd call today and not wait until tomorrow.

    I had migraines in the second tri, and I also have a history of them. However, migraines at this point in your pregnancy, especially two in a row, could be an indicator of something more serious. I would call your OB today, and not wait until tomorrow.

    Hopefully it is just headaches, and nothing else, but I was prescribed fioricet for the migraines and it helped me manage them.

    I did call yesterday... I should have said that. They had me go to labor and delivery and monitored my BP and the baby for two hours. I was sent home and eberything was ok. But I had the same thing happen today. That is why I was asking. I've been checking my BP today at home and they all have been normal.

    At shushubee... Do you get the migraines with the light auras prior?

    I have a history of migraines with auras even before pregnancy.  I got them a bunch in the first tri, went away in the second and they are now back in the third.  I always tell my OB and she will check my BP but hasn't been anything linked so far.  I would call in just in case they want to check you again.  I personally haven't been really worried because mine are always the same but I still tell them just in case.
