2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? Still doing Body Pump but the running has stopped. I tried to run to my car the other day and the sensation between my legs was a clear indicator that I should just wait on that. I am loving the muscle tone I have gained throughout the pregnancy thanks to BP but I so miss my passion!!!
3) Any goals for this week? Body Pump this morning (done!) which I just realized was my last class regardless since I am freezing my membership for January. Kinda bummed and hoping baby comes before Saturday so I don't feel like I missed out on a class.
GTKY: What are your New Years Plans? Pizza and PJs with my running buddies and husbands. All 3 of us are pregnant and 2 of us have kids 3 months apart so our kids will be entertained too.

2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? Lots of Walking. I really miss my workout classes but with my previous complications from last pregnancy I've been taking it way easy

2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track?
Did okay. Made it to the gym a few times and stuck with good food choices (besides the peanut m&ms. Damn those things).
3) Any goals for this week?
Make it to the y as many days as I can before this baby comes
GTKY: What are your New Years Plans?
NYE we are going to the Xavier basketball game. I'm so excited since it may be the last game I get to this season. NYD I have off and I'm helping my BFF get some of her wedding stuff in order then heading to the ILs for a full day of football!!

2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? I did good! I managed 3 runs (and my goal was 2).. still kind of going slow and just doing 5k's for now. I still think my joints and muscles are stiff from 13 weeks of bed? I don't know. I don't know how long that should impact me, but I tend to get achy/sore (especially my knee and hip areas) and I'm not sure what else it would be related to because it's abnormal for me. I'm happy I was cleared to exercise, though! My eating was REALLY good this week, once the Christmas goodies were gone and I sent them away with friends/relatives. I lost 5 more pounds and I have about 15 to go.
3) Any goals for this week? I think the same thing as last week, 3 runs. And I may put on my pointe shoes and do a little dancing- wondering if that will help with my joints some.
GTKY: What are your New Years Plans? Staying home! And doing absolutely nothing. H and I may watch a movie together and have some appetizers or something. That's it.
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track?
I was able to walk a lot this week so that was good. I also am doing a lot of stretching. No more "working out" for me, but I want to keep walking to stay active and make this baby come faster. Eating wise, I'm still loving desserts but I'm eating tons of fruit and veggies also. I've been good at keeping my meals super healthy.
3) Any goals for this week? Just keep walking!!!! I cannot wait to be cleared to work out after the baby...
GTKY: What are your New Years Plans? We are going to go out for dinner tomorrow night somewhere in the neighborhood and then watch the ball drop on TV. I hope I can stay awake that late.

2. Did 3 days of yoga, some booty and ab work, and a 1.5 mile walk. Weak I know. Built Lo dresser... It was a workout and a half!
3. Need cardio in my life! Keep doing yoga.
GTKY: HUB wants to do a surprise date night.
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? I've hit the gym the past four days! Just very light cardiovascular so far; 30 min elliptical 2 days and a hill program (speed walking) on the treadmill the other 2.
3) Any goals for this week? Keep up going to the gym. My husband goes back to work next week, so it will be a bit more difficult. Now I go right after a feeding and he calls me to come home if she gets hungry before I'm done. It's a 24 hour gym just a minute drive from my house, so it's as convenient as it can be.
GTKY: What are your New Years Plans? May go to a family friendly pay at my cousin's, or just stay home.
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? Not well. Both my pilates class and yoga classes ended just before the holidays and there was no skating for ds and I this week. I had one foot aching for almost an entire week. My foot seems better so today I got on the treadmill with hopes of going for 1 hr but half an hour in I started to get belly cramps so I opted out. I think I've eaten all the treats in the house so at least I don't have to worry about those any more ; )
3) Any goals for this week? YES, get active again. Walk a few times, home yoga and getting ds ready for hockey is a workout in itself. I'm getting back on the wagon.
GTKY: What are your New Years Plans? Daytime party with ds and getting together with friends for supper and an evening of board games...crazy times.
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? I walked almost every day this week and did my stretches 3 days. I didn't do any weights at all. I'm feeling good about walking. I also did a 'power walk' video one morning when it was too dark to do walk by myself.
3) Any goals for this week? More of the same and start logging my food again.
GTKY: What are your New Years Plans? Staying in with DH and DS. Maybe order a pizza but probably just head to bed early. During the day DS and I are going to a party at the Children's museum.
