Oh heeey!!

Wow!! I guess I go here now if you lovely ladies will have me? >:D<

My awesome rainbow baby boy was born on December 19th after one heck of a long labor (59 hours total) via c section.

We are soo in love and I know it sounds crazy but I'd do it all for him again in a heart beat. (And now I understand why parents do crazy things for their kids :) ). Here's our birth story posted on PgAL. https://forums.thebump.com/discussion/12509651/carlsonbaby2014-birth-story#latest

I hope I can call this home. I know many of you from my time on TTCAL and PgAL and look forward to getting to know more of you and welcoming more rainbow babies from our community in the future!

A little about how time with baby C has been so far: we are already cloth diapering him. We have all in ones for newborns that are working great!!! We love it. We'll switch to his one size all in 2s when he's big enough :).

Today the poor tot is getting circumscised....it's actually from the doctors office that I'm writing this. My H wanted to be with him during the procedure but I just knew I couldn't stomach it. So I'm on stand-by for post snip snuggles and feeding. Feeding is going well as is my recovery! I'm very fortunate that mh was able to take a couple of weeks off from work to help out. He's an amazing dad and partner to me through this!!!

    Yay! I'm so happy to see you here. Your son is adorable!! Hope everything went well with the procedure and that he heals quickly! Lillian says "hi" too!

    Aww, what a handsome little dude! My guy had his circ at two weeks instead of at the hospital (long story), and although I cried when he was done, I was amazed how quickly he got over it. The dipe change 24 hours later was business as usual ( with lot's of Vaseline). Welcome, and congrats!
