Beach Baptism

Hi,

 I have a 9 month old daughter and Im looking to get her baptized.  Since we do not belong to a church and are not overly religious, I thought it might be neat to have her baptized on the beach, meaning have the ceremony, etc by the ocean in the sand.  It probably sounds wierd, but we got married on St.Pete Beach and it would be something cool to share with her later......Anyone ever heard of someone doing this?

    Our church is doing a beach baptism on April 4.  Here is the website so you can contact them.  Crossroads Community UMC  I am not sure how they would handle someone who is not a regular with the church, but I can't see any church turning down someone who wants to be baptized.
