Hi.... I just today had my 4th miscarriage....I have a 3 year old dd who was conceived with no intervention and I did have short luteal phases of 7 or 8 days. We have been trying with an RE for the past 8 months and prior to that 10 months on our own. The issue is I can get pregnant but can't stay pregnant for more than 6 - 7 weeks....
We tried IUI but over stimmed and has 4 viable follies so that was cancelled. I had RPL and everything came back normal. My last miscarriage in August I required a D&C because no heartbeat at 7 weeks but was not miscarrying naturally. I had stimmed for IVF #1 but I again had to cancel so we decided on FET with PGS and PGD/ I got pregnant on 1st transfer....WE WERE SO EXCITED!!!! mainly because we knew we transferred a healthy chromosonally normal embryo.
Heartbeat detected at 113 at 5 weeks 6 days. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 5 days 132 all looking good......Started bleeding and passing strange tissue (which I sadly knew was prob baby) and heavily bleeding. Went to RE and they confirmed yet another miscarriage. They are testing tissue and I have a consult with them next Monday.....I am soooooo miserable. I thought PGD and PGS testing would help me have a healthy pregnancy.

PGS results = 6 normal embryos (4 boys, 2 girls)

BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).
