Struggling with acronyms!

How do I read up on the lingo everyone is using? More specifically, what is "sch"? I've been spotting with some clotting for a week. Called my doctor and scheduled an ultrasound for Wednesday and need to monitor bleeding until then. Tried googling it to no avail. Feeling frazzled and frustrated when I try to search for similar threads and have no idea what people are talking about. Please explain in words or direct me to the acronym thread. Thank you!
