Hi so my daughter is 11 weeks old and today she is napping quite a bit. I'm assuming she's going through a growth spurt. I had to wake her up in the morning around 9:30 since it had been 4.5 hrs since she ate last and I'm trying not to let her sleep too late in the morning. I fed her (EBF) and she was up for 2 hrs, went down for a nap, slept another 2hrs (I had to wake her up again as it had been another 4hrs since eating), fed her, she was up for another hr and half, and now she's asleep again. I try and feed her on demand but I also don't want her to go too long in between feedings. Are all these 4 hour stretches ok? Should I keep waking her up to eat? I also don't want her napping for too long. What's the longest stretch that I should let her nap for?
Re: 11 week old napping and eating

I just keep second guessing myself over everything I do. People around me have a way of making me feel like I'm not making the right decisions and I question everything I do.

This. You have a LONG road ahead of you if you let people's comments about your parenting get to you. Brush it off.
@Saragoeswest would advise her to shake it off.
And for the record my pedi said pizza puree is totes ok mixed in the bottle as long as I don't use beer to make the puree.
