My very bad day (intro)

I think I go here now. We have been TTC for about 2.5 years and working with an RE for over a year. Our dx is DOR. After being told to move on to DE, we got our first BFP ever on an unmedicated cycle. It was our first month in our new house. At 6 weeks and 1 day, we saw identical twins with a flicker of a heartbeat. At 7 weeks and 3 days, we were measuring 6 weeks and 5 days and there were no heartbeats. We had announced to our families at Christmas. I am so sad. In an instant, my hopes and dreams were crushed. I doubt we will be able to conceive again. We will try, but our track record is bad. We go back in a few days for another scan. I was told we could schedule a d & c or let nature takes its course. I want this over and I also want to know what happened. I believe I want the d & c. I am so sorry that any of us are here, but thank you all for having me.

I am so sorry for your loss. ((Hugs)) to you during this very difficult time. I had (my second) D&C last week so I would be happy to chat with you about my experience if you think that would be helpful.
