Poo poo and boo boo

Ok two questions-----
1) Does anyone else's LO have beyond stinky poos that smell horrendously horrible and are sort of yellow/brown in color most of the time? He has been on milk based formula since 3 months old and has transitioned to WCM the last month or so.  I talked to his pedi and she said it doesn't sound like a milk allergy...he has had a bought of diaper rash lately but he hasn't been eating anything new?  Just wondering if these are all coincidences in regards to the beyond smelly poop. My boy poos up to 4 times a day so I feel like I'm dealing with this a lot which I hope is the sign of a good digestive system.
2) Since I stopped BF some 10 months ago my nipples sometimes really hurt for no reason?  Does this happen to anyone else?  Ouch.  I had a horrendous case of mastitis but that was 10 months ago too....

Thanks ladies!  Sorry I haven't been able to be more involved in the boards and introduce myself properly (even though I've been a member on here since before Nov '13!)---things have been so busy lately!

    I give my LO 16 ounces of WCM and he gets things like 1 string cheese and some yogurt/cottage cheese at some point during the day.

    Oh the stinky poops! I told MH yesterday that if I get pregnant again someday he will have to change all the diapers on J because I already get so grossed out and I bet being pregnant my gag reflex wouldn't be able to handle it! Give me back the newborn poops!! :)
