Rising JKA Anti-body ?

Evening Everyone:
Has anybody tested positive for the JKA antibody and had it start to rise late in pregnancy? I've tested positive for it in my last two pregnancies. Last time, it remained very low all pregnancy. With this pregnancy it recently started rising within the last 6 weeks. I'm 38.5 weeks. My doctor said we don't need to worry about it unless it hits the 1:32 level. I have to admit that the recent rising levels have me a little unnerved.
