a little info about me; I'm 24 live in Ontario, and love working out. I'm also starting to get baby fever again, but we're going to wait at least until summer to start trying.

@emmojess I actually do go to the gym 3-4x a week for about an hour I start off with a half hour of cardio, followed by a half hour of muscles. For example Monday would be chest/back and Tuesday legs, Wednesday biceps/triceps etc I also throw in boot camp and cycle classes to keep it interesting. When I can't make it out of the house I stick to squats, pushups and yoga. I found that workouts on you tube help keep it more exciting while at home. Just follow what they're doing and put on some good music
