  Definitely call your doctor if you are concerned. How far along are you? I had that at about 31 weeks, but luckily (?) it was only a 24 hour thing, most likely some kind of virus or food poisoning.

  I'm only asking because I have heard from many different people that they had vomiting and diarrhea days before they went into labor. I will call my doctor because I feel so sick and I hope it's not a bug.

  I'm 38 weeks and 5 days I'm sure it could be anything at this point

  I've been puking on and off since October... Waffling back and forth between diarrhea and constipation... Still no baby. I wouldn't worry unless some other signs start to present themselves. You probably ate something your body didn't agree with. Stay hydrated and feel better!

  If you're 38w5d then it must be a sign of labor. Because you will be having a baby within 2 weeks guaranteed. Glad I could answer your question!

  Have you been around sick people? There are a lot of stomach bugs going around. I had it on Friday - projectile vomiting. Still preggo.
