Woke up feeling normal, then went out to eat and felt really nauseous. I also had diarrhea after eating and then soon after that I started throwing up. Could it be a sign of early labor?

Definitely call your doctor if you are concerned. How far along are you? I had that at about 31 weeks, but luckily (?) it was only a 24 hour thing, most likely some kind of virus or food poisoning.
I'm only asking because I have heard from many different people that they had vomiting and diarrhea days before they went into labor. I will call my doctor because I feel so sick and I hope it's not a bug.
I've been puking on and off since October... Waffling back and forth between diarrhea and constipation... Still no baby. I wouldn't worry unless some other signs start to present themselves. You probably ate something your body didn't agree with. Stay hydrated and feel better!
When you're in your last 4 weeks of pregnancy, EVERYTHING is a sign of early labor.

OP: you will have a baby eventually.
