NBR: Recommend Your Straightener

I got a new hair style and need to straighten almost daily. My current straightener is from 2005 so I need a new one. I have very thick hair. What kind of straightener do you use. I want to spend under $40 if possible.TIA

    I really enjoy my cortex straightener, I see them often at winners or TJ max for around 40$

    This is the one I have. I use it at home and at the salon on all types of hair. You can change the temp setting and it glides easily.
    It's a little more than you wanted to attend but totally worth it imo.

    The one I recommend and the one @CurlingRocks‌ recommended are the same brand. Both should be available at Sally's Beauty Supply. Either would probably be a good choice and worth the little bit more that you might have to spend. Just whatever you get make sure it has temperature adjustments not just a high/low setting or just on/off.
