Skin problems after stopping BC

Hi there! Not sure if this is the right place, but I am new here so I'm still learning.

I stopped using my Nuvaring November 1 because we are trying to start our family. However, since stopping it, I have started having acne like I did many years ago before starting birth control to begin with. I keep my face and body washed religiously, use all natural scrubs, etc. I was just wondering if there was something I could do/take to stop the breakouts that wouldn't affect my getting pregnant. I'm 26; I hate feeling 15 again and having these breakouts all over my face and back--an now even my chest! Its so aggravating and embarrassing at times. Please help!

    I don't actually have a doctor at this point. The one I did have moved waaaaay out of state, and I am in the process of moving to another state myself; I don't see the point in setting up with a doctor only to have to go through the whole process again in a month. I was just hoping someone here would have some specific insight.
