Does anyone drink shakology from beach body while bfing? While I was pregnant I asked my doctor if I could drink it and she suggested I didn't. Mainly because she didn't know much about it. I'm having a hard time finding time for lunch so I was hoping to go back to shakology.

    I tend to shy away from stuff like this, especially during pregnancy/breastfeeding.  I know it's hard to find time for eat, but you can get easy stuff instead of a meal that you can just grab.  Trail mix, cheese sticks, lunch meat, cheese and crackers, pasta can be cooked ahead of time and a heating it and adding a bit of Parmesan cheese and some steamed broccoli is a quick easy meal. It won't be forever and you'll be able to eat again. :) Don't be afraid to set the baby down in a bouncy seat for 15 minutes while you eat, it won't hurt them :)
