IUI cycle #2 (BFP and loss mentioned)

Well it is day 3 of my first cycle post BFP with subsequent early loss. I had labs drawn and my baseline u/s today. I showed 6 follicles on the left and 5 on the right. When my NP was going over the directions for this cycle (letrozole, gonal-f and pregnyl trigger) I asked her to convey to my RE that I would like to be as aggressive as possible. With my last cycle I took 2.5 letrozole and 37.5 gonal-f, I had 2 mature follicles. She has just called and said that my RE has given the go ahead to increase the gonal-f to 50mg! My RE will only perform IUI with 1-3 mature follicles so even if we have to aspirate to go into the IUI with 3, I'll take that chance to increase our odds. Has anyone else been where I am?

    I haven't been in your situation. I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss, and best wishes for  success moving forward!

    Praying this is your cycle!!  Not really the same situation but I have DOR and I was on fish oil, vitamin D, a good prenatal and aspirin prior to my third iui (first iui with a new RE).  I was on 150 iu of follistim for three days then they lowered my dose to 75 iu for the last six days.  I had three mature follies by the time I triggered.  I got my BFP two weeks ago!  Praying this baby stick.  It would be the first for my husband and the first for us.  I have a son who is 13.

    Had my son 2/27/01

    IUI #1 May 2012 - BFN
    IUI #2 June 2012 - BFN

    Changed RE's September 2014
    IUI #3 December     2014 - BFP-My Lil Blessing!!!
