How far along are you? 38 weeks

How are you feeling? Large, uncomfortable, tired, puffy.

Any big changes this week? Not really. I'm kind of glad today is over because now I have nothing else to do except think about my baby boy and prepar for his arrival. No more family get togethers, traveling, cooking, present buying or wrapping. I'm done!

Do you have any appointment updates or news? I had an app on Monday. My belly is measuring 41w, so it's not just my imagination, I really am huge! I had an u/s to see how big baby boy is and he's measuring 38w and estimated to be 7lbs5oz.

Do you need any T&Ps for anything? I'm good

QOTW: What is your favorite gift that you gave (or plan to give) to some one else this holiday season? I made DD a bedding set with all of her favorite characters. Olaf pillow cases, tinkerbelle and disney princess sheets, and a frozen and Ariel comforter. She loved it! She opened it up and said "oh wow!" and wrapped herself up in the blanket

It made me feel so good!

37 weeks

How are you feeling? Large and in pain, but I know she will be here soon and it gets me through.

Any big changes this week? Not this week.

Do you have any appointment updates or news? I had a boring, routine appointment on Monday. Next appointment is next Monday. We still have Christmas with my IL's on Saturday, and then DS's second bday on 1/4. Yeah, I have to figure out when to prepare for DD's arrival, but when.

Do you need any T&Ps for anything? No thank you.

QOTW: What is your favorite gift that you gave (or plan to give) to some one else this holiday season? It was not so much one gift, but more seeing DS's face this morning as he saw the gifts under the tree. He doesn't really get the whole Santa bringing gifts on Christmas, but was so excited to rip into those gifts.

@KJsbabe‌ - 2 more weeks!!! The bedding set sounds adorable!

How far along are you? 23 weeks (+ 1 day)
How are you feeling? Feeling pretty good, and like the rest of us pretty exhausted from festivities, which are not quite done yet.
Any big changes this week? Well our big change this week was that I figured out what the pulsing sensations were. I had thought that they might be hiccups, but it seemed to early to feel that, especially with an anterior placenta. On Friday I had a day off and was being lazy on the couch and felt a couple 'pulses' I looked down in time to see my stomach move! So apparently they were baby movements as a few people suggested. And because I could see it MH's long wait ended and he finally got to feel our little munchkin moving around in there, including the summersault that we were treated to on Sunday night. Since then I have felt it everyday, sometimes a lot and other times only a little (different between sleeping and awake I guess), but it is just more reassurance that LO is growing in there.
Do you have any appointment updates or news? Still have about 2 weeks until my next regular appointment.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? Feeling pretty good so T&P for everyone that needs it this week.
QOTW: What is your favorite gift that you gave (or plan to give) to some one else this holiday season? Favorite gift that I gave had to be to MH. Well technically it was from baby, but... I bought him some Looney Tunes DVDs because he complained that cartoons these days are terrible and that he missed all the old cartoons. So now he has 3+ hours of cartoons to watch with baby. His favorite present, and the cheapest, like of like buying your kids toys and they play with the box. But that is why I married him.

@KJsbabe and @Mom2anAngel2 I feel like Christmas is all about kids, and I am so looking forward to being able to watch our LO open and enjoy presents, although that will likely be in 2 Christmases.

21 weeks

How are you feeling?

I've had a head cold since Tuesday and then I blew out my voice singing on Christmas. Now I've got a sore throat, cough, and runny nose. Sleeping has been really uncomfortable. I'm a little better today, but I'm concerned about the cough being in my chest now. I tried calling my ob office which is suppose to be open as of 9 this morning but it's still got their automated Christmas message. I suspect they are going to tell me to go see my PCP. I'm really only concerned about the part in my chest.

Any big changes this week?

No major changes this week.

Do you have any appointment updates or news?

I had a very uneventful appointment with my ob early Monday. They were able to find the heartbeat pretty quickly which was reassuring.

Do you need any T&Ps for anything?

Lots to give out to others that need them.

: What is your favorite Christmas gift you gave (or plan to give) to someone this holiday season?

We bought a new car this year so we only did stocking stuffers but I found this book "Goodnight Brew" which is a take off of Goodnight Moon that was a nice surprise for my husband who is so hard to shop for.

@KJsbabe What an awesome gift for your daughter! Hang in there! You are almost at the end!

@momtoanangel2 I'm glad you got to enjoy your son enjoying opening presents. I think that's something I'm really looking forward to even thought it will be a few Christmases before that happens.

@Sllinge I'm glad you figured out the pulsing. It makes me feel hopeful that my husband will eventually be able to feel this baby move!

How far along are you? 28+1 today!
How are you feeling? Really good aside from the aches and pains
Any big changes this week? He flipped! He is no longer breech which I am so happy for because I was so worried he wouldn't!
Do you have any appointment updates or news? Had an appt Wednesday, got my Tdap, did my glucose test, and had an u/s where LO looked wonderful! I am starting weekly u/s appointments so my next one is the 2nd.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? I'm good. I'm 3 weeks away from my last lost milestone so I might need them then because I'm not sure how I'm going to handle that. Sending them out, as always

QOTW: What is your favorite gift that you gave (or plan to give) to some one else this holiday season? I ordered my SO's sister's BF (cause that's not complicated lol) an Aaron Rodgers figurine for his Packers mantle. I expected it to be huge or at least 3in tall and it was only about an inch tall. I was so mad but after showing my SO's sister she just thought it was hilarious and I couldn't wait to see his face. We did get him a gift card to make up for the smallness.

@KJsbabe your gift for DD sounds adorable! And you're so close!! Just relax until LO gets here

@Mom2anAngel2 You're almost there too!!

@Sllinge Yay movement! Now I have no idea what the pulsing feeling I feel is because I know it's not movement. It feels exactly like when you take your pulse from your wrist or neck. Your H's gift sounds great! Cartoons really are horrible now-a-days lol.

@asglover514 I can feel my pulse in my belly as well. I was just feeling separate, individual pulses. I didn't expect it to be movement since I have an anterior placenta, I assumed it would be much later when I felt that much movement. But I assume feeling your pulse would be normal because you are pumping blood to baby. So I wouldn't worry too much about it.
