What are you most thankful for about today?

Obviously the kids make the day. But aside from our LOs (because nothing can match the looks on their faces) what are you most thankful for today? Spending the holidays with your extended family? Gifts? If so what did you get? The food?

I'm thankful for my DH. He knows me really well and listens to me. Picks up on wants that I never expect to have filled. Today I received a Spirograph and a Fitbit! I wasn't expecting either of these things even though I've talked about them. He just gets me.

Fyi, Fitbit ladies, I'm coming for ya!

Im grateful for all the things. I am truly a lucky and blessed lady. It's the little things. The soft pat on my cheek from Maggie that makes my heart swell. The quick back rub from H while clearing the table. The proud look in my dads eyes, when he sees me with my hubs and babe. The excitement and anticipation of TTC. Day drinking. Haha!

I love the holidays!

I have a lot to be grateful for. DH, LO, parents, job, friends, etc. but I'd also like to add that I'm grateful for all the chinese and sushi places open today so us Jews can make a day of it!

I'm obviously thankful for my kids and hubby. This year is just odd thought and I'm still having a hard time getting in the spirit. I really miss spending the holiday with my family. we'll be getting together on January 3 so hopefully things will be more like Christmas then.

This year I am very thankful for my DH's extended family. They celebrate large - 30+ people and usually the chaos is overwhelming to me. But this year, I was able to fully embrace it, them and their love. E is lucky to belong to such a large, warm, giving and caring family.

I am so thankful for such a loving a supportive husband, I just wish we could spend more time together. I can't wait until I am finished with school and he can find what makes him happy in life.

DH wanted to get me a spa giftcard and I said we need to save the money. I asked him to just help me and he was a huge help.

This time of year, I am always so thankful for my extended family. I only have one sister who is not married, but H has four siblings, and nine nieces and nephews.

I think it is amazing that on both sides we all get along and truly enjoy each other's company. We had an amazing Christmas this year, and I am very sad it is over.

I'm thankful that my SO is sleeping downstairs on the couch tonight. I might actually get a good nights sleep. I've been lacking in the sleep department because I'm a baby who's scared of the dark and put a sheet over the mirror in Haddock's room.

I should sleep now since I'm sure I won't be sleeping tomorrow night.

Also, @Audrey1787‌ we always had very reasonable Christmases growing up. I love/loved them. We still have very reasonable and quaint Christmases with my family. I look forward to them each year

I'm extremely thankful for DH. He really is the amazing. I'm having a hard time putting into words how great he is, but I'm just really blessed to have such an understanding and caring husband. I know I'm sounding cheesy but he's a great father and my best friend. 8->
