We wrap the presents from us and leave Santa's unwrapped. It was how we could always tell the difference growing up. Plus Santa's stuff is just left out by the tree and not under the tree.
Gifts from us/to each other are in one kind of paper. Gifts from Santa are in some kind of Santa oriented paper - this year I scored paper that actually says "From Santa" on it at the dollar store!
I put wrapped, but I didn't know that some gifts were specifically from Santa. I learned early that Santa wasn't real, since I had 2 older sisters. Interesting! I just thought that kids thought they were all from Santa?
I'm doing it both ways this year. DS is getting a big car thing from santa that needs put together so it will be unwrapped. My older DD requested two large lalaloopsy dolls from santa so they will be wrapped, but I use specific santa paper. She knows mom and dad buy gifts and santa brings gifts. She requested we put our gifts to the side to leave room under the tree for santa so I guess I'm doing that too.
We do unwrapped, but apparently I'm in the minority. DH thinks I'm too lazy, but it's how santa did it growing up. It was always fun to run down and see everything sitting on display!
My sisters and I used to leave a piece of paper with our name on it somewhere on the floor so santa "knew where to put our stuff"!

I just recently heard of not wrapping gifts. I feel like half the excitement is tearing through each present!

After almost 3 years of IF and a crazy roadside delivery, we are loving life with our second beautiful daughter!
I just realized I put out all Santa's gifts already.. Oops. Mom fail.
