WWYD: Token thank you

A woman in a FB group with me got a personalized towel with the wrong name, and the company told her to keep it rather than send it back when they sent her the right one. It has DD's name so she offered it up and sent it to me. She refused payment, including reimbursement for shipping, since it was a "freebie" to her.

I'd love to still send her a small token as a thank you. I was thinking a Starbucks card, but when I checked their website, it looks like the only one might be in a shopping plaza, so not sure if it's convenient or not. That feels less "tit for tat" than like, a Target card or something. 

Help me make up my mind! Anyone familiar with West NY, NJ who wants to weigh in? ;-)

    Awesome, thanks! I'm from MA where we break into a cold sweat of we've driven 6 blocks and haven't seen a DD, but I'm never sure how many there are other places. ;-)
