Hello everyone! DH and I currently live in GA, but we will be moving to Findlay, OH in the next 2-3 months. I have to go to Columbus next month for training, and I was wondering if y'all had any suggestions for places to eat and/or things to do while I'm there for a week. Thanks!

  • Where in Columbus will you be staying?
  • Loading the player...
  • I will be in the Grove City area.
  • Downtown wouldn't be too hard to get to from there and probably your best option. Short north is good (pretty much every restaurant there is amazing, depending on your preference). Depending on what time of day you will be free, north market is worth checking out. Jenis ice cream is worth a stop as well.
  • German Village also has some really good restaurants with a parking situation that's a little better. The Sycamore or Lindeys are both very good. Jenis is a must. If you want to try some of the sites that are more well known down here, try Thurmans or Schmidts :). Depending on when you'll be here, the first Saturday of the month is the Gallery Hop in the Short North which is always fun to walk around and see some local art!
  • Thanks everyone for your suggestions! I will definitely be checking out these restaurants.
