This is a weekly thread for runners who were due June 2014, that is posted on Mondays. All who run--or who want to start running--are welcome, regardless of mileage, pace, ability, size, shape, or terrestrial status. We had this thread during pregnancy, now it's time to lose that baby weight.

  • How were your runs and workouts this week? I got two runs in and one strength workout. Didn't hit my goal for strength (was aiming for 3) but did for runs. Overall, though, not a bad week.

    What are your plans for health/fitness this week? This week is crazy with the holiday so I am just hoping to get 4 workouts in total (strength and/or running - whatever I can squeeze in). 

    GTKY: What are you looking forward to in 2015? Visiting my preggo BFF and her son (my godson) in the spring, seeing Stella turn 1 in June, our friends' wedding in August, and we have about 4 friends/family members all having babies next summer!

    Not bad - got in 4 workouts, suppose to do 5.

    Something everyday besides Christmas

    GTKY: What are you looking forward to in 2015?
    Julia's 1st birthday, losing the rest of this weight, having a mellow year.  This year was nuts as I was pregnant, had a baby, was in 3 weddings and bought a house!  I'm ready to chill out!

    May do the 4 week one as I am no longer nursing really.  I hate to pay money for something I should be doing though!

  • How were your runs and workouts this week? 
    runs and workouts were great last week.   i got in a couple of runs and lifted every day.  felt great!
    What are your plans for health/fitness this week?
    we are visiting family this week where the weather is bad so i am not anticipating lots of workouts.  trying not to stress out about it :(

  • Late to the party:
    Workouts last week were good, this week has been better!

    Goals:
    Keep up runs, make it to 6 miles at once. I would also like to lift at least once.

    2015:
    Watching Little Bear grown of course, working to eventually build a house, running our 15k, maybe doing a half marathon.

    Dietbet:
    I'm actually pretty much at pre-preg weight, I'm just trying to focus on eating better, mostly for the kiddo. I also never joined the fb group which I kinda regret, I feel like a lot of old regulars jumped to only posting there!
  • I am also late as usual! Holidays have kept me busy......

    Runs/workouts:
    Pretty good. Had a few good workouts before the holidays started but we have 5 Christmas' in a row here there and everywhere until Sunday so I won't be able to get back at it until Monday.

    Goals:
    Continue as is

    2015:
    Return to work eventually. Spending as much time with K baby as possible Definitely enjoying every minute of it. Planning on working on #2 any day now so anticipating a very busy year....

    Diet bet:
    Have never done one. I am probably 5lbs from pre Preg weight. Just need to work on toning my core. Core strength however is almost back to normal which is important to me since we plan on getting Preggo again. Not in Facebook group since I joined TB after my Junebug arrived but good luck to those doing the diet bet!
