CoQ10 and DHEA

Hey ladies!

How much/often are you taking CoQ10 and DHEA. I'll ask the RE when I have my appointment but for now I am going to start taking what my acupuncturist recommends.  CoQ10: 100mg 3x/day with meals and DHEA: 25mg 3x/day

Also, any side effects? I am pretty sensitive  - a.k.a I freak out and think I am dying when I take new drugs - So I just want to be prepared if my heart is going to start racing or if I am going to grow horns or something ;)

March trip to Prague canceled due to Pancreatitis. :sob:
Headed to Prague April 30
3 different donors resulted in 1 PGS tested embryo and 1 fresh embryo
2 embryo's transferred (from 2 different donors) on 5/10/16
BFP on 5/15/16 at 5dp5dt
Beta 1 = 81 at 8dp5dt, Beta 2 = 295 at 10dp5dt, Beta 3 = 891 at 12dt5dt. Beta 4 = 2114 at 14dp5dt, Beta 5 = 4916 at 16dp5dt, Beta 6 = 13252 at 19dp5dt
Heartbeat at 6w5d 133BPM <3
We are having a GIRL!!! Due Jan 26, 2017

    Currently taking DHEA 75 + 100 CoQ10 (ubiquinol). DHEA has given me oily skin, but other than that I haven't noticed any side effects.

    Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF. I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).

    We are using open ID donor sperm. IUIs #1-7=BFN. IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).

    sammae I think DHEA may be a controlled substance in Canada - you may need a prescription from your physician (that may be why you can't find it in a store). In any event, the micronized stuff that would be compounded in a pharmacy based on a physician's prescription would probably be better than whatever you could buy online.

    @booklover811 Honestly I am not totally sure but I know the RE's office I am going to has you take them for at least 6 weeks before you can undergo the IVF process. I think they help with DOR but how exactly I am unsure. I have my first appt with the RE today so I'll hopefully find out more!
