What shortcuts are you taking this holiday season or this pregnancy in general? This year all my Christmas cookies have been made from premade cookie dough. I have absolutely no desire/energy to cook dinner let alone bake cookies from scratch. I don't even like the premade cookies but it's getting the job done this year. Curious to see what you ladies are taking shortcuts on? I apologize if this is a duplicate post (I didn't see anything when I looked).

Although I did buy "walking gingerdead" cookies to make with DH...I guess we'll call that Christmas. They are from a box, so totally cheating!
We are going low key, not really doing a lot of gifts for each other. Just a few small things.
