Little bumps/rash on 3 mo old? Help!

Hi ladies! A few days ago little bumps appeared on my little mama's stomach and chest area then today I noticed it on her arms. I gave her a bath last night in aveeno (sometimes j&j or mustela) and used Cali baby calendula cream (mustela normally) and no change in detergent- but her grandma did wash in tide but she occasionally does that and never had a little breakout then. It doesn't seem to bother her... But it bothers me lol. The stomach bumps seem to be going away... Just need some clarification and reassurance that it's fine and any thoughts on how to make it go away. Plus in saving a trip to urgent care haha. Thank you!

  • I wouldn't go to urgent care if she doesn't seem bothered, but I would definitely ask grandma not to wash her clothes with tide. And I might skip the lotion for a few days to see if it clears up. If it doesn't go away or comes back, I'd call the pedi after the holidays.

  • Gonna give her a bath tonight and re-wash her clothes! Thank you so much :)
  • Looks maybe like a heat rash to me. My LO gets these often, as she too has very sensitive skin. I can't put onsies under her outfits anymore because she gets too hot and breaks out like this. just keep using lotion, I find my LO gets really dry after an heat rash outbreak.
Look out baby #3 is on his/her way!

  • DS2 has pretty sensitive skin and I swear by Cerave moisturizing cream - it really hydrates your skin better than anything else. He had a rash on his cheek the other day (looked like eczema) and the Cerave cleared it right up within 24 hours.

  • @Emerald27‌ washed her clothes in dreft and gave her another bath after I posted this. It's going away :)
  • @JAH12‌ thank you! Yeah she gets really hot and sweaty too... Assumed it was heat rash too. She has been wearing fleece onesies since its been so cold so that may be the culprit as well. Thanks for sharing your similar story :)
  • @ss265‌ ‌ thank you for the suggestion! Def gonna try the cerave! Put the honest on her after her bath but doesn't seem so hydrating.
