    Check out all of her other discussions. I am seeing a trend here. OP, if this is real, relax. Your baby is well protected in there. I still recommend getting a pregnancy book. The Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy is a good start.

    No, relax your mind everything is fine..now if you fall that might be of some concern if bleeding and cramps follow. What you should look out for is bleeding like a period and cramps but even with these things everything could be fine. You still would want to contact your doctor if they do occur.


    Now have a glass of water eat whatever you like and try not to worry about every little thing.
