Latch too shallow. Picture included.

Ibclc says it's okay but it looks and feels shallow. He will nurse an hour then take 2 oz via sns. He is 8lbs, 2 days. Sns supp needed because of low blood sugar.

    Sometimes it's logistics.  If your LO has a smaller mouth, and you have a larger breast, it may seem shallow, but if an IBCLC thought it seemed OK, I wouldn't worry unless you are having pain related to the latch.  At 2 days, most babies take forever to nurse.  Nursings seem to run together the first few weeks, since they eat so frequently and for such long durations.  Congrats and GL!
