He picked to out himself. 

 No romantic story. I picked up the mail from the mailbox and he had a piece of mail from a jeweler. I asked him if he had gotten my ring and he revealed a goofy grin that totally gave it all away. He asked if I wanted it, I said no, then yes, then no, then yes again.   

No plans yet, but I wanted to share the news with all you wonderful women.

I will be posting again on IG once I inform my best friend.
