Sunday - spaghetti with chicken meatballs
Monday - grilled heirloom tomato salad with salmon
Tuesday - flat bread pizza with mushrooms, artichokes, and spinach w/side salad
Wednesday - Course 1: nicoise salad; Course 2: saffron risotto w/seared scallops
Thursday - Grilled prime rib, mashed potatoes and baked broccoli
Friday - left overs
Saturday - not sure yet

  • Tonight: salsa shredded chicken

    Monday : Food salad

    Tuesday : Lemon butter salmon with spaghetti squash and sweet potatoes

    Wednesday : Not sure. Going to a holiday thing and I can't eat the food there, so I'm probably bringing a salad.

    Thursday : Ham steak, parsley butter red potatoes, green beans with almond and bacon

    Friday : With any luck, leftovers.

  • Tonight: tortellini chicken soup

    Monday: baked chicken and string beans

    Tuesday: omelettes and salad

    Wednesday: fish feast. We're going to start with coquille at Jacques then follow up with fried salted cod, lobster tail, scampi and shrimp bake. Sides will include salad, green beans and rapini.

    Thursday: roast turkey, mash potatoes and peas

    Friday: left overs
  • @pinkcamino - That's awesome that you're doing a sort of Feast of the Seven Fishes! We can't get our family onboard with that, but have done it in the past and hope to do it again next year. Best I can get them to agree to this year is my homemade ravioli for Christmas Eve.

    We're going to be out of town most of the week, so I won't even attempt the meal planning since I'm not in control. Back to it next week...

    Awwww too bad :( We've been doing this as long as I can remember and look forward to it every year.
  • Sunday: Beef pot pie (made with leftover beef stew) and mashed potatoes

    Monday: leftovers

    Tuesday: Chicken lasagna roll-ups and a side salad

    Wednesday: Mexican stuffed shells and a side salad

    Thursday: Turkey, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cornbread stuffing, and rolls (our Thanksgiving was crazy hectic, so we are having a redo :smile: )

    And probably leftovers on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!

  • Tonight: matzo ball soup (we had latkes and jelly donuts earlier- so yummy!)
    Monday: SO is making dinner, but can't decide what he wants to make yet. It'll be a surprise to me
    Tuesday: latkes again :) and homemade applesauce
    Wednesday: we are going to my cousin's for Christmas Eve but we always have ham, cheesy potatoes, bacon rolls, fish, and other assorted side dishes. I made cookies for dessert
    Thursday: we are going to my grandma's house and we are having kibbee, hummus, roast beef, spinach pies, among other assorted side dishes. I made cookies for dessert for here also.
    Friday: we will be in food comas lol! But, SO will make something else, just not sure what. 
    Saturday: We will be at the hospital for testing, so likely out to dinner afterwards if I'm up for it, if not then we will get take out.

  • Tonight: pork nachos Monday: bean soup Tuesday: salmon, broccoli Wednesday: Christmas party (I'm bringing apples and cream cheese toffee dip) Thursday: we'll be at my mom's, and she's making brisket. I'm making a chocolate chess pie. Friday: another party Saturday: my family's annual "carnivore festival"

  • Tonight: clam chowder (I'm missing cali BAD!)

    Tomorrow: soup of some sort

    Tuesday: probably chilli (I actually need to figure this out because I need to go shopping tomorrow for more than just cold meds)

    Wednesday: probably snack-y foods my SOs parents are coming over to open presents.

    Thursday: ham! And some sides that I am not doing so not sure what's going on there but yay christmas pot luck type thingy

    Friday: I'm going to be eating ham for a week probably. :/
