How did I miss that detail??

I did a family picture for our Xmas cards this year, did the photo editing myself, made the cards and sent them out. I get a txt today from my friend asking if I was keeping a secret. I said no, and I'm not sure what she was talking about. She replied that I looked like I was expecting. I went back to the picture and yeah, I totally do! And not just a little bit! Crap!!! I can only imagine that I've got all our closest family and friends talking. 

Please share your embarrassing photo stories so I don't feel so bad.

    I totally feel for you!  I can go belly for belly with Santa right now which makes getting any picture to look decent a challenge...

    My cmas card pic had to be edited, dd was on my lap, and pulling down the front of my shirt... Total blooper moment, somehow none of us noticed in the moment! It was a perfect pic otherwise!
