I feel like this if I haven't eaten in awhile. Especially if I get up quickly. Try to eat every couple of hours and drink plenty of fluids. I always keep snacks with me (in my diaper bag, by my bed) because you never know when it will hit.
If it seems like it's happening all of time or out of control definitely check with your ob.
I'm type 2 diabetic. Eating protein helps to stabilize blood sugars. Carbs and sugars will send it spiking. If you are experiencing a low try to eat a carb with some protein as well. That seems to help me out.
*raises hand* I'm hypoglycemia so I'm constantly having to balance out my sugar haha. This morning I woke up from my nap and was shaking like a leaf. I just drink some juice or eating something sugary and I'm good to go.
I have hypoglycemia as well and it's been pretty awful. My dr told me to eat a protein every 2 hours. Meat has been grossing me out so I've been eating a lot of cheese
