Hi all! I bought a whole bunch of brewer's yeast when I made lactation cookies a few weeks back. Those things were delicious, but didn't really make a difference for me supply-wise and were also really bad for my waistline. I still want to use the brewer's yeast, though, and I'm curious if any other moms have ways to use it that might actually make a difference and boost my supply. Or if anyone has a better lactation cookie recipe than the one I was using, which I found on Pinterest. I still have plenty of flax leftover too so I can make a new batch if they're guaranteed milk makers!!!
Thanks in advance!

Re: Brewer's yeast?
Made no back cookies with chocolate, peanut butter and oats, after she melted everything together she added the brewers yeast and flax seed. And they weren't terrible.
Im not sure if it made a different because the brewers yeast was not baked like the cookies but after I ate a few the next morning I pumped 7oz, when I typically would pump 4oz.
