  @crawford411 I would feel really guilty about a night nanny. DH works from home over night. So I am never alone with all of the kids and he generally takes one twin to his office at night and takes care of them over night so I only have the toddler and other twin to take care of.  Granted we are both exhausted, but every time I think about a nanny it seems excessive when we are already both here all the time.

  My city select double stroller. No way could I get anything done wearing an infant and toddler. Plus the basket would hold a hell of a lot during gathering expeditions. I'd also let DH borrow it to haul back animal carcasses as long as he cleaned it afterwards

  My sister w twins did this too for about 2 months --just twice a week--made a HUGE difference for them.
  I'd never even heard of that before--it's a great idea.
